New
Sweet wine made from a late harvest of centennial Garnacha vines and matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. Covered amber color (iodine). Powerful aroma, notes of pastry, dried fruit (fig and marzipan bread), banana skin, dates, candied orange, lime notes and hints of honey. In the mouth it is concentrated, dense, smoky notes and with memories of the touches of pasification already found on the nose. Very long and elegant. Splendid with foie gras, blue and goat cheeses, pastries with honey, citrus desserts and nuts.
