Josefina Piñol Dulce Tinto 2016

Sweet red wine made after a late harvest of centennial Garnacha vines, matured for 15 months in French oak barrels. Garnet cherry color with violet trim. Complex aroma, wild fruit jam, roasted, dates, tomato confit, spicy touches, cocoa, hints of coffee and a touch of licorice. On the palate it is concentrated, moderate in its sweetness, rich in nuances, round, polished and with great harmony, tannins from the skin and with a very pleasant alternation of sweet-bitter. Ideal to take with chocolate desserts, chocolates, nuts and certain blue cheeses.
