L’Avi Arrufí Blanco 2021
New
White wine fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for 7 months, making its corresponding battonage, from our oldest white Grenache vines. Maximum expression of our calcareous terroir. It is a bomb of ripe white fruit, peach, apricot and spice notes in perfect balance with the smoky notes of the wood. Fennel, scrub grass and great minerality. The palate is powerful, tasty, fatty, creamy and velvety. Wide and long aftertaste. Very gastronomic: ideal with risottos, smoked meats, fatty fish such as salmon, and white meats.
